AND? The sweet court verdict on Roman Arkadievich Nasirov, according to which society should pay him compensation for “unfair” dismissal (well, and what’s so that there are reasonable suspicions of billions of dollars of embezzlement) will not affect in any way someone’s rating at all.

None of our candidates or acting top-names loses anything due to this… Because Nasirov is just a flawless manifestation of what we already know perfectly well. The stability of the current system is guaranteed precisely by the categorical inviolability of the elite for any reason. And the system will do everything to relieve its member from any responsibility. Immediately or a little bit later — it does not matter. What is important is the effect of the release for any offense / crime — regular bribes, theft in especially large, negligent with especially grave consequences, drunk driving, fatal accidents, shooting militants in a public place, withdrawing money in especially large scale, forgetfulness in the declaration…

The “exemption from responsibility for the elite” is the key to its system, survival. There is no other way. Any of the candidates for officials informally signs a kind of pact with the employer (not by society, but by higher comrades): “I pledge to play according to your rules, guaranteeing my participation in shadow schemes, give tithe or even half of shadow income and maintain complete confidentiality”. Instead, the system guarantees immunity even in extremely difficult cases. When it is too much and with aggravating circumstances)…

The same ex-minister Danilyuk, a systemic outcast who is absolutely restless today, quite amply characterizes the basic principles of our state administration: “What is the peculiarity of the SFS’s leaders? They are not poor people. That is, they earn big money in absolute numbers… But in relative numbers, they definitely do not receive the main thing. The main goes to the “roofing people”. Therefore, Prodan (and Nasirov) feels protected”…

How it works? It works elementary. First, there is a lot of PR-noise. And then the official is offered a standard package of services… There are guided judges, delaying the process, controversial investigative, change of jurisdiction and active exculpatory media (did Nasirov do something bad?) As a result, the system will certainly judge the official on some other episode and come to a paradoxical justifiable conclusion. This package has an expensive price…

So, the current court / decision on Nasirov is not only important in and of itself, but as a public designation of the immutability of the rules.

Before the elections, all the states were directly told: “Continue to play according to our rules and “It’s all in hand” will last for another five years”. We will always offer you to buy an indulgence. And the slightest punishment, especially (paradox) in the most resonant cases — Nasirov, Martynenko, Prodan or Rosenblat — and the system collapses with lightning speed. Immediately start blame games and mass escapes.
